Ir Edwin SC LAU is a civil engineer by profession with over 25 years of working experience.   Ir LAU has master degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Management. He has been involved in various stages of planning, design, construction and operation of drainage and sewage infrastructure projects, as well as participated in new development area projects.  Ir LAU is currently the Assistant Director heading the Operations and Maintenance Branch of Drainage Services Department (DSD), responsible for formulating flood control strategy, planning river revitalization, maintenance of drainage and sewage systems as well as research and development projects for the department.
