Physical Participation

All persons entering the museums, except for exempted persons, are required to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code and comply with the requirement of the Vaccine Pass. Details on the Vaccine Pass arrangements can be found at www.coronavirus.gov.hk/pdf/vp_t1_ENG.pdf.

Catering Arrangement

Eating or drinking is not allowed at the Hong Kong Science Museum.

Language

The presentations will be conducted in English or Cantonese or Putonghua.  Simultaneous interpretation in English, Cantonese and Putonghua will be provided.

Certificate of Attendance

An Online Evaluation Form will be sent to you within 7 days after the Forum to attendees.
An e-Certificate of Attendance will be distributed to registered participants by email upon receipt of the evaluation feedback.

Adverse Weather Arrangement

If typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or the black rainstorm signal is issued at or after 6:30 a.m. on the day of Forum, the morning session of the Forum will be cancelled.
If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm signal is issued at or after 11:15 a.m. on the day of Forum, the afternoon session of the Forum will be cancelled.
